Since fashion week is only a few months away, I thought we'd recap some of the biggest trends from this Season.
Starting with The
Midi/ Tea-Length Skirts:
Everyone loves a good maxi skirt and occasionally a mini, but this
season Midi skirts took over the fashion industry. Ending anywhere from right
below the knee to a few inches above the ankle, the midi skirt is one of the
easiest pieces to style. The Midi skirt is a staple piece that can easily be
transformed from day to night. TIP: Pairing a Midi skirt with a cropped top can
often make you look taller.

Plaid
Plaid is definitely not a new trend, but this season it made it’s
mark. From simple private school uniforms skirts to the runway, plaids are
everywhere. Since almost everyone loves this trend, Labels such as Rag &
Bone's and Altuzarra have been turning your old boyfriend inspired plaid t- shirts into must have items.

Sequins
When it comes to sequins, glitter and embellishments, the saying “Less
is more” simply does not apply. For those that love to shine bright like a diamond
and become the center of attention, this trend was the perfect go to. You could
pair a sequined it with a plain item for a more toned down night on the town look.

Crop Tops
“If you’ve got it, flaunt it.” whether you’re an athlete who
constantly goes to the gym, or you’re one of those girls with naturally great
abs, crop tops are showing up EVERYWHERE and they’re versatile. Pairing a crop top with a high waist-ed bottom is an easy way to show less stomach yet still incorporate the trend.
