2 item Haul.

In the spirit of never paying full price for an item, I decided to share my fabulous new clearance obsessions. For anyone who works in a mall or a clothing store, you know it's kind of hard, well actually it's EXTREMELY hard not to shop on your lunch break. As much as I wanted to save my money, I couldn't. Forever21 was calling my name. Like, I could literally hear the mannequins whispering" Briyannah, come inside. At least, Just for a second." So what did I do? I listened to those mannequins. (Don't tell anyone I said that, because that's kind of creepy. What normal person would think a mannequin is actually talking to them besides me? ) When I walked into Forever21, I was greeted by these red signs that said "Over 500 NEW ITEMS". My heart dropped, my eyes got big and I could hear the sound of my debit card being swiped. (Again, I know. Creepy. I THINK I hear a lot stuff when I really don't hear anything.) Anyways, I love forever21, but I hate shopping INSIDE of forever21. The ones in New York are always so messy and cluttered because when it comes to shopping, New Yorkers are savages. Trust me, I know. When I go into forever21 I always have a game plan. I started my mission in the clearance section. (AKA, the section people are "too good" to shop in. I found a lot of cute skirts but because I'm blessed with curves, they barley got past me knee. :(  Instead, I decided to look for tops. You can never have to many tops, right? After digging and pulling I found this fuzzy cardigan that I fell in love with.
It's called the Favorite Fuzzy Cardigan and it's $27.80
It was on sale for $20.99 but there's an extra 30% off of anything already on sale.
PSA:Ignore the fact that her legs aren't attached.
How Much did you save? I saved $12.43.

This orange "Suit Jacket" from H&M

No! Your eye's are not playing tricks on you! I really paid $7.85 for this jacket! *Inserts dancing emoji* It was originally priced at $34.95, but it was on sale so they took off $19.95 AND THEN ... You're not going to believe this. Anything in H&M that's on sale gets another 50% off, meaning they took off $7.50.
How much did you save? $27.45
Where can I get this jacket? I've looked around online and can't find it anywhere, but the style number is 330790 if you want to go into the store and ask for it.

Carol’s Daughter - Cleansing Conditioner

(Image owned By:StyleIsKiy.com)
Limp and lifeless tresses are a thing of the past with Carol’s Daughter Hair Milk “Cleansing Conditioner”. Simply wash your hair and as a following treatment add the conditioner. From my personal experience, the longer you leave the cleansing conditioner in, the better. Once you rinse the product out you can already feel a difference! As a girl with a thing for color, (Everyone knows me as the girl with purple hair) my hair takes a pretty hard beating. From bleaching to coloring my hair every few weeks, extra moisture is a necessity. With this cleansing condition you can’t go wrong in that department. Not only is moisture returned but your hair also takes on a healthier shine in just one use! There’s nothing better than getting the most bang for you buck.
Where to buy: Target, Carol’s daughter, curlsmart.com
Recommendation: Overall, I loved this product and would recommend it to everyone with curly hair.

Trend Report Recap.

Since fashion week is only a few months away, I thought we'd recap some of the biggest trends from this Season.

Starting with The

Midi/ Tea-Length  Skirts:
Everyone loves a good maxi skirt and occasionally a mini, but this season Midi skirts took over the fashion industry. Ending anywhere from right below the knee to a few inches above the ankle, the midi skirt is one of the easiest pieces to style. The Midi skirt is a staple piece that can easily be transformed from day to night. TIP: Pairing a Midi skirt with a cropped top can often make you look taller.

Plaid
Plaid is definitely not a new trend, but this season it made it’s mark. From simple private school uniforms skirts to the runway, plaids are everywhere. Since almost everyone loves this trend, Labels such as Rag & Bone's and Altuzarra have been turning your old boyfriend inspired plaid t- shirts into must have items.

Sequins
When it comes to sequins, glitter and embellishments, the saying “Less is more” simply does not apply. For those that love to shine bright like a diamond and become the center of attention, this trend was the perfect go to. You could pair a sequined it with a plain item for a more toned down night on the town look.

Crop Tops
“If you’ve got it, flaunt it.” whether you’re an athlete who constantly goes to the gym, or you’re one of those girls with naturally great abs, crop tops are showing up EVERYWHERE and they’re versatile. Pairing a crop top with a high waist-ed bottom is an easy way to show less stomach yet still incorporate the trend.

Carol's Daughter - Styling Butter

Carol's Daughter - Hair Milk Nourishing & Conditioning Styling Butter

With the carols’ daughter hair milk “styling butter”, it’s never been easier to keep curly hair soft, bouncier and frizz-free. I applied the styling butter to my hair extensions, which were curled using a wand curler, four days before using the product. After applying the styling butter, my hair looked as if it were freshly washed and curled. Styling lotions usually leave my hair hard and crunchy, but the carol’s daughter styling butter did the complete opposite. It left my hair soft and it even added a little extra shine. The smell was the only thing that I didn’t like about the product. With agave, soybean oil, sweet almond oil, cocoa butter, corn oil, beeswax and wheat germ, I felt it should have had a more natural scent, but other than that I love styling butter.
